Confidentiality and privilege
Information you send through this website before we agree to act for you is not protected by solicitor and client privilege. Please do not include confidential details in a first message. Once we act for you, your information is subject to the duty of confidentiality owed by a lawyer to a client.
Retention and security
We keep client files for the period required by the Law Society of British Columbia and applicable law. Information is stored securely and access is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
Analytics and cookies
